“We bought two track lights; one of which had a small part missing. A replacement light was sent the very next day but, sadly, that too had the same small part missing. A phone call was made and the required part arrived in the post the following morning. The incomplete lights were then collected free of charge. It's never good to be hit with problems but the customer service in putting things right - and promptly - was first class.”
