“Item was out of stock when ordered but was given exact date of new stock arrival and then good communications from company as to whether I still wanted item. It was the despatched immediately. Lovely light. Enhances our picture beautifully.”

“Disappointed that the item was not in stock for so long and the failure to keep me in informed. Once I had established contact to chase the item the lady who dealt with the matter was most helpful and redeemed the experience. The light is now installed and works well and the quality of the finish is good. Obviously it is too soon to comment on durability.”

“The order was processed swiftly and delivered within a day or two. The product was a direct replacement for an existing Eterna (old) unit and apart from a change in the connecting plug design caused no problems and was easily fitted.”

“There were hold ups in the delivery of my item, which I understand is sometimes unavoidable; however, I did not receive a courtesy call to inform me of the delay and instead had to ring your company myself to find out what was going on with my late delivery.”
