“The item I bought was awful so am returning it. But have to pay £5 for returning and have to take it to a depot. Also when I filled in the return form it asked for a value and because I put in a £ sign it wouldn?t accept it had to ring up to find out what was wrong”

“Parcel arrived promptly and on time. One of the light bulbs I had ordered was broken but Lyco despatched a new one straight away .”

“They solved the problem of us being unable to source a fluorescent light tube from any of our usual retail outlets. The lady we dealt with (Catherine) was extremely helpful. She said what they could do; and Lyco did exactly what she said they would do. On time, on price, on specification. What more could one ask? DK”
