“After confirming the order, despatch information was too slow took 6 days to let me know when to expect delivery. On the deliery date DPD dropped 'not in card' to another property despite me waiting for it all day as they kept changing deliery times. Good thing was when I contated the customer service they were helpful to turn the driver around to re-deliver. Happy with the product fit for purpose.”

“The item I bought was awful so am returning it. But have to pay £5 for returning and have to take it to a depot. Also when I filled in the return form it asked for a value and because I put in a £ sign it wouldn?t accept it had to ring up to find out what was wrong”
