“VAT not removed in basket for purchases from the channel Islands, relatively simple and effective reclaim procedure and staff helpful but could be much easier if automatic when checking out as many others do rather than having to contact customer services seperately. Packaging insufficient for international delivery - a Fragile sticker and a few bits of packing paper do not provide the required protection, especially with something as fragile as light bulbs. I haven't tested them all yet but several of the product boxes were damaged as everything was just thrown loose into the packing box. Not impressed.”

“Items were incorrectly described on the website (claimed to be T5 replaceable tubes when in fact they were LED and not replaceable). Customer service was great and return/refund was offered immediately however being at the end of a project and not being able to source replacements we went ahead and installed them”
