“The ordering and delivery of the product were fine, but the advertised cool white bulbs are actually neutral white. Turns out no one makes the cool white at colour temp 6000 anymore, but it would be ideal if the product description on the website matched that of the bulb sent.”

“4 voicemail messages left over 2 days for customer service with no response until AFTER I had resolved contact. Very poor Product was o k but had to be returned as too big for intended need. Website needs improvement re returns process.”
