“Having first order not accepted as my mother's card was brand new they contacted us to see if all was ok so we then gave details and all went through and next day delivery the item is more than what we expected and has brilliant light. the staff was so helpful we will be going back when items needed we also told our friends”

“In recent times, light bulbs have become baffling business. Thankfully, I've discovered Lyco, always there to answer a question or provide guidance. Very fairly priced as well. However, is that big box necessary for a few bulbs?”

“The dimmer was delivered as promised very quickly. It was well packed and in good order. The 10 degree beam LED was not in stock and took almost a month to arrive. This was not a great problem as it turned out but it would have been good to know of the delay as one was getting a touch worried that something had happened with the delivery. As it happened the bulb was safely delivered and I was warned in Vance that it would be arriving and when. The delay was the only reason why not 5*. I wil not hesitate to use again.”

“Everything excellent. Very good customer service when I called- very helpful. Email notification of sale going through. Good notification of delivery date and time. Arrived in anticipated time interval. My only criticism would be that the 6 light bulbs arrived in a small box within an enormous box. I know the aim was for them to get broken but the box was really was huge. However, only not a major issue and generally very pleased and have recommended Lyco to a friend who has placed a large order with you.”
