“Efficient customer complaint service handling a problem. Having selected lights the online ordering went well till payment. I'd put in my card details but nothing went through and I didn't get an order number. When I went to try again the system told me my items were out of stock. Consequently I ordered with another company, immediately receiving a confirmation email. In the morning I found an email saying the original order had in fact gone through and was to be delivered on the morrow. When I called to explain the order was cancelled, the items were recalled and refund arranged with no fuss. It's a pity the order didn't go through properly as I'd ohosen the prodoct with next day delivery. A fault of the automated payment, rather than the people's service.”
