As before Lyco have a good range of fittings of the type that I use the web site is easy to use for browsing and purchase , so I will continue to use them as and when needed .

The order was processed quickly and arrived earlier than expected. Downside is they offered 10% off first order voucher. But reduced light I was buying by £1 less than 1% so that (I assume) it would not be valid for voucher as my code was rejected every time I tried. No response to my email enquiry about this

Service is very good apart from the five emails telling me that a. password reminder b. confirmation order number c. your order number xxxxx has been despatched (from sales) d. your order has been despatched,again (this time from customer service) e. invoice from sales dept. All for good communication but this was a bit over the top.

I have some difficulty buying these bulbs but Lycos had them and sent them out fairly quickly. Came in a giant box though and pricey but the more I got the cost came down.

My order came in two batches as Lyco didn't have enough candle bulbs in stock. The order then got rather confused and I received an invoice even though I had already given my credit card details for payment. However, the very helpful Ian Thompson, of Customer Services, took the matter up with the IT people and it was all resolved quickly and satisfactorily.

Service from lyco excellent but delivery service not so good - they posted a light bulb through a letter box that fell to floor luckly it was not broken on this occasion

ok, everything arrived in good time and undanmaged. however i was sent a bill even thougth i'd paid by credit card, while this was corrected later, i was unimpressed.

There was a picking error and one box was sent on. My report of short delivery was handled courteously and they sent the missed box immediatly
