“Very prompt service, very well packed and protected but one bulb broken - possibly before being despatched. One phone call to report damage and replacement sent out immediately. Very good service, thanks.”

“The items arrived promptly on schedule. One fluorescent tube was faulty (loose pin) - however a Lyco rep offered a replacement during a follow up phone call by Lyco to check that delivery had been made.”
