“Placed order for fluorecent fitting, this was delivered next day at 8:40 am, brilliant; unfortunatly it arrived damaged in transit; this item was replaced F.O.C. the next day at12:30: didn't have to return first fitting, "use any part as spares for the inconvenience." If only all Customer Services were as good as Lyco I'd be a happy bunny!!!”

“First time using Lyco. It would be excellent as a review, but there was so much extra paperwork/emails that I found it confusing. The 2 lights were sent separately, which was not clear initially from the paperwork, The use a LOT of packing (great for protecting the product).”

I appreciate there is sometimes a lot of packaging within the boxes, however as you have mentioned, this is to protect our products during transit.
