“prompt delivery. I had to return the lamp because it was not suitable and the return was dealt with extremely quickly and collected at the same time as the carrier brought the replacement I'd ordered.”

“Placed order for fluorecent fitting, this was delivered next day at 8:40 am, brilliant; unfortunatly it arrived damaged in transit; this item was replaced F.O.C. the next day at12:30: didn't have to return first fitting, "use any part as spares for the inconvenience." If only all Customer Services were as good as Lyco I'd be a happy bunny!!!”

“First time using Lyco. It would be excellent as a review, but there was so much extra paperwork/emails that I found it confusing. The 2 lights were sent separately, which was not clear initially from the paperwork, The use a LOT of packing (great for protecting the product).”
