From the past we have learned that it is safer and more efficient to send our products like this as they are of a fragile nature. “Prompt reply to enquiry about product before purchase, order process straightforward and delivery v fast. Website fine just maybe make ex VAT/incl VAT option more obvious as retail customers will tend to assume incl VAT?”
