“Expert and friendly knowledgeable staff on hand. 1st time i?ve Purchased from Lyco but will use again. One piece of feedback, not everyone needs things next day, so an option for standard delivery might make you more competitive. But as I say can not fault the service so a well deserved 5 stars”

“I chatted online with a sales person who advised me what to buy to solve my lighting problem. It just didn't. What he sold me is simply not bright enough. I am very disappointed. I'm also disappointed that the website said I had the buy the bulbs as well, but when the lights arrived they already had bulbs in so I've had to pay extra for 6 bulbs that are too dim and no use to me. Despite, the promises of next day delivery on the website, the parcel took 7 days to arrive and the lights didn't come with any instructions as how to join them together. I contacted Lyco who said they only do sales, not technical help. Altogether, a very disappointing experience and a total waste on money.”
