“The order was processed quickly and arrived earlier than expected. Downside is they offered 10% off first order voucher. But reduced light I was buying by £1 less than 1% so that (I assume) it would not be valid for voucher as my code was rejected every time I tried. No response to my email enquiry about this”

“Deliver as expected. Had products previously and delivery was as promised.Paid extra for express delivery (1-2 days) Friday (order within next 2 hours receive it sat 23rd) and told it should arrive between 6-8pm tonight (wed). Not impressed”

“The service was excellent and was surprised how quickly the items were delivered. I placed the order on a Sunday and opted for free standard delivery. I was surprised and delighted that the parcel arrived next day in the afternoon. This demonstrates how well organised Lyco is well organised in coping with the current difficulties.”
