“I ordered 4 x garden wall lights from Lyco and delivery was no problem at all. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong type of lights by mistake. I immediately rang Lyco who told me "no problem at all" and to just return by the link on the email from their returns department, which I did. The parcel was picked up from me on the 20th April, however it has taken only till yesterday (19th May) for them to return me my money. (over £500) I did call them a couple of times and email them to chase my refund, to which they reminded me that refunds can take up to 14 days.......? fair enough in 'these times', BUT I think it is/was a bit cheeky, bearing in mind and compared to other items delivered to me and returned by courier all within a few days!!!!!”

“To actually deliver the goods. I think they were let down by APC the carriers. I paid for fast delivery but seven days later customer service still couldn't tell me where the goods were. Five stars for refunding my money.”
