“Service and delivery was good. The product had poor documentation and although it wasn't part of the item, as it came without the ceiling hook required meant it wasn't able to be installed without a trip to a hardware shop. Product description would have been better if that information was included on the website.”

“Good prompt delivery and lights were as described. Outer packaging was perhaps not as secure as it might have been and carton was resealed by Hermes, the delivery company. Fortunately product was not damaged inside.”
