“I thought that the service I received was brilliant, the items that I ordered arrived as promised the next day they were well packaged and good quality. I have yet to install the lights (indoor ceramic wall lights and outside galvanised) but will do shortly. I really liked the fact that the site offered a range of recommendations for appropriate bulbs at a good range of prices so as not to just push the most expensive one it was nice to have that choice. When I telephoned the company with a query about a specific light it was dealt with promptly and efficiently and in a very helpful way (nothing too much trouble) I am very impressed with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.”

“I made an error with my delivery address, and called your customer service team, I spoke to Patricia Mullane who went out of her way to make sure the delivery address was changed before it reached the depot. The confirmation of change of delivery address was followed by an email from her regarding the change. Patricia went beyond and over what was expected of her.”

“It was easy to order and arrived very quickly. My only disappointment with it is that the light is just a little too bright when it is in a 'dusk' mode. I would have preferred something a little softer. However, as you approach the front door, the light is bright and very efficient and no doubt would deter would be intruders.”
