“The part I first ordered came wrong,but after a phone call the right part came next day.very pleasant on the phone.p.s. I am still waiting for the incorrect part first dispatched to be collected by yourselves”

“The delivery was very prompt , next day for no extra charge. The lamp itself looks lovely and I am very pleased with it. Easy to install and throws out a good light . Also the sensor works well so the lamp can stay on all night for security and as soon as it gets light switches off.All in all an excellent product . Highly recommend.”

“Super fast delivery service, great communication by email & phone. Although the parts I bought did not fit my original lights, I emailed them to enquire if they have slightly larger connectors. They in turn called me trying to resolve and ask what I needed, when explained they didn't have any stock that I needed, & asked me to ship my order back and would give a full refund, as it didn't cost much I refused this offer.”

“The ordering was mostly very good but let down by neither recognising my account nor letting me create a new one. It took far more effort to place the order than to research and select the product I needed. Delivery was quick and efficient.”

“Ordering was fine, delivery was prompt. There was a problem with 1 particular LED capsule, that needed replaced within a couple of weeks. Lyco sent a replacement immediately without hassle. When there continued to be problems they made a couple of further replacements and then due to the issues they changed supplier and sent replacements from the new batch for all 3 of that type in case I had any further problems. They are now all working great, and the LED bulbs have already saved enough money to pay for themselves.”

“The ordered item was not delivered, a completely different item was. Lyco said FedEx would pick up the incorrect item on Thurs 13 April. Waited in all day for FedEx, but did not show up. E mailed Lyco but no reply received yet. The wrong item is still here Mon 17th.”
