“Yes I had excellent service from you and would recommend. However since picture lights are only an occasional purchase, then I hope not to need any more in the near future. If I do, shall certainly come back to you. The light I a good match for the other picture lights I have in the room. If you include this feedback on your site, please just put name as Joy. Thanks.”

“I was very impressed with Lyco s service. Prior to purchasing I could not find what I needed in Gloucester. Spoke with a young lady on your staff re ability to supply the items. No problem. Ordered the items and they were delivered next day. I was impressed with the packaging and the party who packed it gets 10 out of 10. The price I paid was most certainly cheaper than what I paid 2 years ago at a local electrical Factor. Should I require anything similiar I know where to go”

“Firstly you told me that you had the product via Email this was very helpful as they are just what I needed but didn't know they were available. The price charged was very good and much less than i expected and you delivered very quickly. So all things considered i cant fault you.”

“the actual service was ok but it did take 3 days with an apology but unfortunatly the plug socket joint do not quite match and I will need am electrician to attempt to sort out. So although the numbers etc match on paper they do not in practice so all in all not a success. I am on old lady who does not need the hassle so it was a mistake by time I pay the electrician as well etc. etc..”
