“Had already saw these wall lights in a well known department store but got them from this site as they were 33% cheaper with free delivery. The lights are stunning and were easy to fit. Would highly recommend for quality and competitive price.”

“Damaged lamps, damaged fittings, lamps not working. Item delivered with 4 lamps shattered, Light Fittings 2 out of 5 with bent Gear Trays, then having 2 lamps not working due to ends damaged/crushed Whole experience not good, even the delivery driver arrived with a Friday attitude, not wishing to bring the goods to the doorstep, preferring to leave them on the curb edge. “The service from Lyco was excellent - the product arrived on the date specified The product however, isn't quite so good - there are no actual instructions for installing this item, only a load of pictures that aren't wonderfully clear. I have yet to install this product as I need to drill some holes in my brickwork first”

“There was an item missing which was the bulb. I contacted you but i wasnt to be believed. I was told it was delivered. I told you by email several times it was not. I even checked my cctv at the time you told me it was supposed to be delivered. I emailed again only to be told my email had been passed onto someone else. Eventually you emailed and said another bulb was to be delivered. I had already booked the electrician but i had no bulb. I had to go out and purchase a bulb and asked for a refund on the bulb you hadnt sent but i didnt get one. At the end of the day an apology would have been nice and we all make mistakes but i didnt even get that.”

“Whsn i purchased they said when delivery would be and who would be delivering it. They also confirmed my item had been despatched and confirmed delivery date. This is a great help in organising your day. Very efficient speedy service and good quality goods”

“Spent some time looking for a pair of modern outside lights and eventually found them on 'Lighting Direct' along with helpful bulb recommendations. the lights look great on our new extension. Recieved quickly and very well packaged.”

“Really helpful. The fan on the first light didn't work, so they sent a replacement immediately which arrived next day. They are arranging and paying for the return of the faulty one. Great service.”

“Having ordered two types of bulbs late evening, I realised next morning I had ordered wrong quantity of one type. When I telephoned early, my order had already been made up but sales assured me they would put the additional bulbs in a separate box to be delivered at same time at no additional cost. This was done and the bulbs arrived the following morning, great service.”
