“I was very impressed with the customer service after one of my items arrived damaged . They couldn't have been more helpful and a replacement part was sent to me the very next day . I would happily buy from Lyco again .”

“The delivery was superb, the product looks good, it still has to be fitted. The only glich would be the lack of communication, no e-mails received and therefore there wasn't any means of tracking the package as promised. Still, I suppose I wasn't buying e-mails.”

“I inadvertently ordered the wrong size bulbs and they agreed with no fuss for me to return them and order the correct size. They even sent through a Returns label and Return reference number. Very efficient in this climate.”
