“I inadvertently ordered the wrong size bulbs and they agreed with no fuss for me to return them and order the correct size. They even sent through a Returns label and Return reference number. Very efficient in this climate.”

“the level of contact and personalised updates were fabulous - the tracking even gave a specific time of arrival and the name of the courier who delivered my parcels. I also received confirmation notification to let me know the updated 'safe place if not in' had been received which was very reassuring... excellent service”

“Great quality products, the commercial grade Festoon lighting was fantastic and has really made an impact on the appearance of our chapel building, making it more inviting. Our electrician commented on the excellent quality of the product. Lyco's service is excellent, I under ordered the amount of Light bulbs I needed, they rushed some out to me, which arrived as promised in time for our event. Great value, great service, wouldn't go any where else.”
