PACKING OF 12 LIGHT BULBS WAS EXCELLENT AND THEY WERE DELIVERED WITHIN THE TIME FRAME FOR WHICH I PAID. I WOULD RECOMMEND LYCO TO ANYONE ASKING ABOUT THE COMPANY.

Service was excellent. Reason for one less star is that it appears that the payment system isn't live. Payment appeared to be approved online and then the next day we received an email to say it had been declined. Perhaps this should be made clear at time of order.

Absolutely terrible. Didn't have two of the items in stock, so paid for express delivery and had one item arrive one day and one later. No response from customer service to my email. Clearly don't care about customers. I would never use them again and would urge others to exercise caution. A very disappointing experience from a British merchant.

I'm very sorry you did not receive a response from us.  Having investigated we cannot locate an email from you howeverin the event we did overlook in error, my apologies.  We care very much about our customers -  the feedbackwe receive regularly on this very forum is testament to that.  I am not quite sure how else we have transgressed to cause you such dissatisfaction.   Each website page indicates the date the particular item will be delivered.  As per the order confirmation emailed to you, your order was due to be completed on 3rd November and in fact was completed with a delivery to you at 18:12 on the 2nd November therefore a day early. If you would care to email customerservice@lyco.co.uk and expand on how you feel we could have improved your experience I would be happy to hear from you.  We very much value our customers taking the time to comment.
