“The picture light is just as described and looks very good when on and off. The screws sent with the light to fit it to the wall are not sufficient to do the job. They are too small. However despite the that we are pleased with the light and glad that we bought it. We think the price is too high though.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our standard delivery is, as stated in the text beside each image, "next working day" which is the accepted term for Monday to Friday. Orders placed on a Friday are delivered the following Monday or if the customer wishes, before noon on Saturday for an additional charge. We receive many positive comments regarding the promptness and efficiency of our delivery service which can be read on this very forum. I am sorry that you appeared to have such difficulty with installation. This is not an experience that other customers have reported however we will of course pass your comments on to our supplier. “Some of the bulbs could be purchased cheaper elsewhere. It is difficult to comment. It takes a long time to find out how long the bulbs last. One has already failed . I have put nearly all the bulbs in to position in a new log cabin. The first resident comes on Dec 1st. We have not therefore any long term exoerience so I have filled in "not tried yet”

“I was impressed with LyCo's website, product range and speed - I was able to find at least one bulb type there that I couldn't find anywhere else. I'd certainly use them again in future. On the down-side, the packaging left something to be desired: There was loads of padding in the box, but it had simply been put on top of the bulbs, meaning the bulbs were pressed hard against an otherwise-unpadded underside of the shipping box. Half of the padding should have been placed in there first, then the bulbs, and then some more padding afterwards, so that the bulbs are suspended in the middle, safely protected from impacts in all directions. It was sheer luck that the bulbs made it here intact.”
