“The two lighting strips are excellent. My only criticism is that they arrived at the bottom of a very large box with lots of packing on the top. If the idea was to protect the lighting with the large box and packing then it failed as there was nothing under the lighting. There was no need to send such a large box as a padded envelope would have been adequate and as it was coming by courier and not through the general mail there would have been less risk of breakage. If packaging had been better then you would have received "excellent".”

“Lyco itself was excellent. The couriers were a pain. Claimed to have attempted delivery on the first day and left a card, but no card had been left. Card left 2nd day and I decided to go and collect. Got a message left on my phone from Lyco customer services 3/4 days later saying that couriers had my item and were going to send it back, but I'd already picked it up!”

Please accept my apologies for the confusion with your collection of the parcel. We contacted you on receipt of our Fedex daily report to see if we could resend the goods rather than them being returned but the Fedex depot you collected from had not updated the notes to say this had been collected. We have taken this up with Fedex and hope this has not soured your experience of purchasing from us, we greatly appreciate your custom. I am afraid we do not hold stock of a daylight version of this lamp the cool white is the nearest we stock. Regards Jayne Bates Customer Service Advisor

“Delivery was very speedy, one piece was damaged and the wrong items were sent instead of 4 of the pieces ordered. This was rectified immediately. All in all a very good experience.”

“Excellent overall service with good customer service. Ordered item on internet at 4.40pm on the Tuesday, arrived by 9.45am on the Wednesday - thats some carrier service. When opened found the goods damaged, not fault of Lyco or carrier (all packaging in good order, had obviously been packed damaged by the manufacturer). Quick phone call to customer services to explain problem. Said another would be despatched immediatley and an email with RT number and returns address would be sent to me. All done as said. Returns collected 9.30am following morning (Thursday) and replacement good s arrived by 4.30pm sameday. Item fitted saturday as promised!! Will definitely use again”

“Helpful staff when you ring up and prompt delivery service. The packaging the bulbs were sent in does seem a little "over the top" and a waste but I appreciate that the goods have to arrive intact”

I am sorry you had a problem locating the item you required,although we try to make the process as easy as possible with so many variations of very similar items it can sometimes be difficult to ensure the choice is correct. Our sales team are well trained in our products and are always happy to help with any queries.
