“I think the pricing on a product should be more clear. If a consumer cannot buy any less than 12 starters (for example) then a price for 12 starters should be shown. Also, when giving delivery options, the words 'next working day' should replace 'next day'. I placed an order with you on a Friday and the office wasn't open on a Saturday, so we couldn't receive a next day delivery. I had to phone up to ensure that it is next working day. This could have been avoided.”

“The first time there was a problem with the equipment, Lyco were very quick to take the call and replace the faulty item. When the faulty item was faulty, I couldn't get anyone to take a call at Lyco.<br>”

“Not bad, but had to wait a long time for out of stock item, was told to repay through paypal as no longer able to take payment, still waiting on replacement product to be sent, however the main item orders arrived very quickly, and when in communication with Lyco the contact was very good, just still waiting on my spare bulb.”
