“I put in an order for lights knowing there would be a gap whilst waiting for delivery of new stock and this was emphasised in their reply; when there was a further delay they notified me and gave me a new expected delivery date, then actually delivered early, so I'm very pleased overall with the way I was treated.”

“I originally intended to purchase a fluorescent tube fitting but Lyco suggested an LED fitting; I was unaware if this type and I appreciated the advice. I received exactly what I ordered, it was simple to install and I am very satisfied with my purchase.”

“Ordering was easy. Fast delivery. 1st order arrived with 2 broken tubes, contacted customer services & new tubes were sent. Arrived next day unfortunately both tubes were broken. Re ordered & sent another 2 tubes, arrived next day again, this time only 1 tube was broken. Contacted customer services & 1 tube price was refunded. I would say that Lyco was helpful & did all they could, but the delivery company (APC) were reckless. I was in the drive when the last delivery was made & when the driver opened the van door 3 parcels fell out, my parcel was laying flat with other parcels on top, hence the ease of being broken.”

“Having opted for free delivery I expected goods in 3 - 5 days but they arrived next day likely due to low activity in coronavirus lock-down . Product now installed and working OK . 2 yr product guarantee is a comfort with it being made in China but your returns T & C s expecting me to retain all packaging is unrealistic as I have recycled it . Do you seriously expect me to retain packaging for the entire guarantee period ? Good service ; will shop again when needed .”
