David, thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We do value your comments regarding the quality of the Canterbury Solar Light. I have investigated this and found that they are a popular product and the number of returns is minimal. To reassure you none of the returns was due to the life of the product which would inidcate that whilst they may appear flimsy they will not fail prematurely. Jayne Bates Customer Service Advisor

“Super quick delivery. There were a number of companies advertising the product I bought for sale, all at pretty much the same price; however Lyco was the first one that came up in Google (presumably money well spent by them in search ratings...) and I decided to go with them because there were good reviews on internet forums and nothing majorly detrimental. If memory serves, the items I bought were delivered either the day after I bought them or the day after that, impressive either way for free delivery. The items were extremely well packaged and the only critical comment I could make if pressed was that I had to clean up a load of loose polystyrene fragments after unpacking it, so not really a valid critical comment at all in honesty... Would buy from these guys again in a heartbeat if they had a product I wanted.”
