“I found there was an issue with the product after installation. I e-mailed Lyco and as a result received without question a replacement fitting which was delivered within a day or so. A truly impressive response.”

“Tried to phone Lyco to see if there was an alternative to one of the products, got accounts instead of sales, before i was supposed to be transferred which i hasten to add never happened the person said to another colleague can you take this call i don't know what he is talking about. Apart from that I have always found Lyco to be efficiate.”

“Having not ordered for a while, because we order large quantities at a time, Lyco were excellent and we did not even have to dig out our old account number, etc. Next day delivery and easy tracking, could not have wished for a better service!”
