Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, we do value your comments. We are careful in our product selection and we do test and view all new products before introducing them to the web and the catalogue. This particular product does come in a number of pieces to allow bespoke set-up and this can make the product more complicated at the point of installation. To reassure you of it's quality, we have sold a large number of units and yours is the only complaint we have received.
