“Hi Guys, Delivery was good the parcel arrived exactly when it was supposed to, the bulbs could have been packed better they were placed on one side of the carton rather than in the middle surrounded by the protective cushioning of the scrunched paper, I haven't fitted either of the bulbs yet I'm waiting something that will reach the roof of the warehouse, so we'll see if the bulbs survived the delivery or not, CC.”

“The product and service from Lyco themselves is absolutely fine. The product is good, at a fair price and ordering is straightforward. Unfortunately and I did not know this prior to ordering, they use the Hermes delivery company. Hermes are utterly awful in every way. They lie about their service, fail to deliver, pretend that they have when in fact the driver just decided to go home instead. Then pretend that the item has been signed for. The driver signs and simply leaves on the doorstep. Unbelievable. I paid extra for next day delivery to be sure I would have the item of the weekend. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Arrived Saturday night at 21:30. Hopeless. No means of contacting Hermes at all. I will never order from a supplier using Hermes again. So I?m sorry Lyco.”

“Nothing exciting about this, website stated buy today and receive by Friday, so had it delivered to work, it looks as if they did not pack until Friday as it turned up Sayurday when I was at home ! then told delivery by Hermes Monday between 3pm & 5pm waited at work until 6.00pm - no parcel, it eventually came Tuesday morning.”
