“Delivery attempted before advised delivery date. We were away and were put to the trouble of rearranging delivery. Package could have been left with a neighbor but courier insisted on a signature. Such a procedure way over the top for a £7 item. Since purchase we have been bombarded with marketing e-mails and were but to the trouble of having to unsubscribe. Clearly, Lyco has a management philosophy that spares little thought for the customer.”

“All good. I ordered my lights and they arrived in good condition. Very happy with delivery. I've not installed them yet but am assuming I won't have any issues.”

“The product I ordered was delivered next day despite being on standard delivery. When I though I may have to return it as being unsuitable the tech support guy arranged an RMA withing a couple of hours. In the end I kept th eproduct with help from their technical support (and the manufacturer). Will be buying a second light and would not hesitate to use Lyco again”

“The product which I bought had a defective part. Without hesitation, Lyco refunded the amount paid and authorized me to dispose of the product (which I have done through Freecycle). This was great and unquestioning service.”

“Bad experience with deivery of an order of £167, these guys did little to chase it up had to keep ringing them a couple of occasions they just cut the phone off. 1st guy who always picks up is rude. Delivery maybe hermes but lyco are responsible for delivering the pacel to your door when you buy off them.”
