“Purchase and delivery, great, everything a customer would expect. Follow up service - abysmal. Product was not as expected so I contacted Lyco to replace or refund. They ignored 2 emails for nearly 3 weeks, so I called. I was told someone was dealing with it, placed on hold, and then told that the light was adjustable as if there was nothing wrong with it. I insisted on a replacement and agreed they would email me details to return the original product. The new light arrived, identical problem, no word on the return. Another 2 emails to chase, nothing. A final email saying I would obtain a refund via the credit card company and bin the lights, and amazingly a response the next day! Both products returned in 1 delivery, and now over 6 weeks later still no reply or refund. No plans to buy from Lyco again and a call to my credit card to get a refund.”

“Service is rubbish. Still waiting for delivery of my order seven days after placing it, which was supposed to be next day delivery. Their excuse that it is Xmas period may have held up for one to two days but not seven & counting. Suffice to say that was my first & positively last order to Lyco.”

“Your customer service people were brilliant , just as well because the rest were awful. I ordered 4 lights and was told they were on the way so i told the customer a date the job would be done only to find only 3 had been sent, after call to C/S i was told the other light was sent on its own this men,t another visit to the job. When the light came it was obvious that it was a return product as there was no instructions/screw envelope and the light was scratched this men,t another phone call and another visit to the client which caused more time and expense for me and so far no hint of compensation. The lights were good which helped with the customer but made your company except the C/S dept terrible”

“Product never arrived, attempted to speak to some human at both the company and the courier company with no success. In the end I have had to take Martin Lewis advice and go to Resolve they are now dealing. I cannot comment on the quality of the LED bulbs as I have not received them. This has to be a courier problem as they show on their tracking site it being signed for at my address. Shame that whoever signed it could not spell my simple first name.”
