“Service always very good and prompt. The amount of packaging is large by comparison to the size of the goods, so that provides excellent protection, however could this be reduced to aid protection of the environment?”

“Item easy find although very busy web site with lots of items. Purchase easy delivery quick.. Thought packaging excessive. Price of item high and delivery charge high. Overall the item does what I wanted replacing one that failed.”

“I had to buy more 18watt candles yesterday.
