“I found the door closer that I wanted on the website quite easily but when I wanted to buy some fluorescent fittings and lights the page does not load. I found this in the case of several of the lighting products so I bought elsewhere”

“Lyco fine, but carrier awful - product broken in transport, they arranged to deliver the day after 1st attempt (Iwas in!! maybe they should have knocked the door) I waited all day - they didn't come. I rang them today to find product broken and returned to sender!!!!!”

“excellent after sales when I phoned to say article not as described in brochure. But why do you not sell plug/socket adapters? Should give free postage with smaller orders than at present”
