“The website is good and clear and easy to use. The own-brand halogen down lights I ordered appeared to be good value, and came swiftly and as ordered. However, they did not have proper, full reflective backing, and will therefore damage the light fittings, and I am in the process of seeking to return them. The 14 day no quibbles returns guarantee is an excellent concept, assuming it works. I emailed about the returns process yesterday and am awaiting a resposne.”
