“The service was excellent. The fact that I accidentally ordered the wrong size tubes (they were 12mm too long, 568mm tubes were not listed) and equivalent 580mm tube are a lot cheaper at B&Q is no reflection on the actual service.”

“I found the door closer that I wanted on the website quite easily but when I wanted to buy some fluorescent fittings and lights the page does not load. I found this in the case of several of the lighting products so I bought elsewhere”

“Lyco fine, but carrier awful - product broken in transport, they arranged to deliver the day after 1st attempt (Iwas in!! maybe they should have knocked the door) I waited all day - they didn't come. I rang them today to find product broken and returned to sender!!!!!”
