The goods arrived as promised....slight damage to one of the light clips holding the diffuser. However the diffuser has hardly any weight to it and 2 of the 3 clips did the job.

Really impressed with the service until I received my mobile phone bill and realised that you have a premium rate phone number for your customer services. I think it is a disgrace that you're making money off your customers contacting you. The spot lights I purchased state a hole cut out size of 83mm on your website and on the out box that the lamp arrived in. It is only experience that made me question this size as it looked too big. I test drilled the hole at 83mm and the spot lamp fell through the hole. It ended up being 72mm which was the correct size. What would of happened if I had drilled the 26 holes in my new extension and all the lights did not fit, would you of paid for my ceiling to be redone ? Any way I thought I would do the decent thing and let you know about this mistake to save some other poor person having to potentially to through that and now it has cost me £6. Marvellous!!!!!!!

Turned up a few days after the order. Unfortunately not available in bayonette fitting and lyco don't appear to supply adaptor from screw fitting. So I am now waiting for adaptors to come from another supplier

Quick delivery. Products work great. I will probably unsubscribe though as I don't like being bombarded with email offers every two to three days. It's terrible practice to treat customers in this way.

I cannot fault the service at all. Fast delivery of my items, however I reported that one tube was broken on arrival and I emailed to say so. I heard nothing back.

Lyco's part of the sale is excellent their delivery service by Hermes is not. Luckyly I recognised the garden seat under which the delivery was hidden using the picture on Hermes tracking site. My address has 40 tenants and a site office and is well signposted unlike the residential house property to which it was delivered.

The units have a slim modern appearance, but the lights do not come on and stay on from dusk to dawn (maybe not enough sunlight yet in daytime, to power them?) and the functioning of the sensor-operated lights is proving erratic, though they are quite bright. Delivery was quick but very careless by FedEx; the driver failed to ring the doorbell and just threw the package over the bolted side gate and pushed a delivery note through the letter box having written 'back door' on the back of it!

All was efficient but I asked for advice on line which was very responsive but didn't get me to the right product - so I needed to return the first order and order again

Online order failed in the first instance.Second attempt ok but delivered as three separate packages one of them a day late. Contacting customer services by e,mail produces no response. Not impressed.

Its around delivery. Said 3 to 5 days delivery got email to delivered on the 6th day. Then at the end of 6th day got email to say wont be delivered until monday which is 9th day. Then box had fragile on it but box was heavily squashed at one end. Have left voicemail on customer service number to say so incase when my electrician fits them they do not work..

Lyco need to find an alternative delivery partner! DPD were shocking. Tried to deliver to the wrong address, despite detailed instructions and a contact telephone number. Took a photo of someone else's house as "proof". Said they would deliver the following day and didn't.
