The Web site stated that I was in time to order for next day delivery, but then failed to offer this in the delivery options.

lights arrived promptly when ordered but when opened they were slightly damaged. As we needed to use these at time of opening we had no other option than to use the damaged lights.

Speedy delivery. Unfortunately the new replacement fluorescent tubes won?t work in my old batons ! They only glow at both ends . They are the correct size and rating 65/80 . If I take an old tube out which is working and replace it with any of the new ones the new ones still only glow . I did leave this comment with you but had no reply.

The customer service was excellent and efficiently delivered on time but the product was completely faulty after the first night. One set of lights stopped working after one night and the other didn't light up properly with very dim lights

Paid for next day delivery was not what I would expect nor indeed have experienced from other suppliers. I received several text messages on the day of receipt the latter saying the driver Simon would deliver my items between15:54 and 16:54; barely next day service. The items didn't arrive until after that time so consequently were delivered to a neighbouring business as our firm closes at 5pm.

I ordered the iitems in DECEMBER, payment was made at the same time. The or,der was not completed until March

This time I thought the service poor. The light did not come when the invoice said it would. I had to phone to find out when it would arrive and found out it was just coming into stock on the day I phoned. It was sent outnext day, but my electrician could not put it up because there was no plate to hang it from. I phoned again to be told it does not come with a hanging bracket and that I would be receive a phonecall to let me know when the part would be in. I am still waiting. I got the part at B and Q. I think it should have said that this part had to be ordered separately.

On purchasing the lights. 5 euro discount to 50, 10 euro to a 100 was mentioned but no opinion was given at the end to apply this discount. I sent an email to customer care but never received a response.

One line was out of stock, had to chase it by phone only to be told it was discontinued. After phone call, matter was quickly corrected and replacement items with me the following day

Ordered wrong bulbs (not clear if it was dimmable). First customer service person I spoke to for returns was a bit rude & promised to send via email return instructions but it never arrived (probably wasn't sent). Two days later spoke to another person & she sent it quickly. The return process cost me £3 for postage & time to repackage. There should have been return instructions in the box. Plus spending time on phone which is a premium number. I will think twice before ordering from Lyco again.

Service and products fine but been bombarded since with email and it puts me off dealing with you. Many people will block you for this which will affect your loyalty and future ability to get repeat custom. My advice is so stop the spam...

The website wasn't the easiest, the delivery date changed between checkout and confirmation and the product is rather flimsy for the price paid.

Goods arrived in very good time and the lamps were exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately wrong bulbs delivered. I therefore left a message on the Lyco customer service desk but have heard nothing since.

The service from Lyco was excellent - the product arrived on the date specified The product however, isn't quite so good - there are no actual instructions for installing this item, only a load of pictures that aren't wonderfully clear. I have yet to install this product as I need to drill some holes in my brickwork first

Lyco is fine but the delivery firm they use are rubbish APC First one damaged second one not delivered after 4 days !!
