I bought the "5W Very Warm White Dimmable LED Decorative Filament Smoke Grey 95mm Globe Bulb - Screw Cap" and lots of other items from Lyco. It arrived with lots of scratches on the surfaces of the decorative bulb. They kindly sent a replacement with no fuss. The replacement bulb also had scratches on the surface, but was just about acceptable and not worth the bother of changing again. Then I received a box containing the entire order again. I emailed them and they kindly arranged collection. All this took up some of my time but they were helpful about it, albeit disorganised / sending substandard products.

Really impressed with the service until I received my mobile phone bill and realised that you have a premium rate phone number for your customer services. I think it is a disgrace that you're making money off your customers contacting you. The spot lights I purchased state a hole cut out size of 83mm on your website and on the out box that the lamp arrived in. It is only experience that made me question this size as it looked too big. I test drilled the hole at 83mm and the spot lamp fell through the hole. It ended up being 72mm which was the correct size. What would of happened if I had drilled the 26 holes in my new extension and all the lights did not fit, would you of paid for my ceiling to be redone ? Any way I thought I would do the decent thing and let you know about this mistake to save some other poor person having to potentially to through that and now it has cost me £6. Marvellous!!!!!!!

The items look good, but they came in a plastic bag. The items are very fragile, and coming like this will always have its downside. I haven't used them yet. Will have to set them up. One of the items came without the cap at the bottom. So this would put this item as a fault. I believe that the delivery package should have been a much more sturdy package for what it was.

They did not have a certain product that I wanted so I was forced to use a competitor that has an easier to use website. I enquired about setting up a trade account as I am sourcing for work and they flat out refused my request with no explanation. Oh well, there are better alternatives out there.

There was a very long delay before the product was delivered, about six weeks, and no proper instructions were included. However, the advice given afterwards was prompt and helpful.

Ordered Saturday 4th Jan for delivery Monday. Monday 11 am no tracking email. Emailed got automated response saying it would take 5 days to contact. Rang Tuesday got a recorded message saying delays due to Black Friday and call cut off with no chance to speak to 'customer care'. Goods eventually arrived Tuesday and were fine. Just the Lyco experience not good.

It?s ok to pull towards you, but no good to sweep away.Its to replace a continental squeegeeing, which is far superior and quite a bit cheaper.

The LED lamp is fine. The order was processed quickly. Thanks. But you delivery company delivered to the wrong location. Thankfully the recipient personally redelivered it to my house.

Your customer service people were brilliant , just as well because the rest were awful. I ordered 4 lights and was told they were on the way so i told the customer a date the job would be done only to find only 3 had been sent, after call to C/S i was told the other light was sent on its own this men,t another visit to the job. When the light came it was obvious that it was a return product as there was no instructions/screw envelope and the light was scratched this men,t another phone call and another visit to the client which caused more time and expense for me and so far no hint of compensation. The lights were good which helped with the customer but made your company except the C/S dept terrible

Speedy delivery. Unfortunately the new replacement fluorescent tubes won?t work in my old batons ! They only glow at both ends . They are the correct size and rating 65/80 . If I take an old tube out which is working and replace it with any of the new ones the new ones still only glow . I did leave this comment with you but had no reply.

The Web site stated that I was in time to order for next day delivery, but then failed to offer this in the delivery options.

Lyco is fine but the delivery firm they use are rubbish APC First one damaged second one not delivered after 4 days !!
