Extraordinarily long delivery wait: no ability to angle the light so you can see the bulb reflect in the glass plus as you cannot angle it does not throw enough light down the picture to illuminate the whole print.

Delivery and items all good. unfortunately tubes without starters, delays a job! Both stock items, more haste less speed. mind you, very helpful young lady on telephone. Didn't get her name, pity.

Efficernt order and delivery. Disappointing product : cheap 'chain' mechanism does not run smoothly, is stiff and squeaks.

The battery operated Candles were not in stock. The bulb did not work and I have returned it. The holder has never arrived. The courier tried to deliver it ( after I reminded the company but I do not know where it is. Needless to say I will not be using the company again.

No problem with Lyco (apart from the fact they only publish Premium Rate phone numbers). But my parcel was badly damaged by FEDEX. Items were damaged and others missing. Lyco responded by offering to send a replacement order. Good outcome - this time let's hope that it isn't damaged!

Have not yet tested the light bulbs but a little concerned that you used an unnecessarily very large cardboard box for just 3 light bulbs that had totally ineffective packing protection (3 small pieces of bubble wrap), and that the cardboard box was not sealed so it could be easily opened by anyone transit.

Item damaged on arrival. The light fitting had been padded in the box on one side but not the other and had been crushed and broken.

Long wait for availability then the delivery included damaged goods and was missing items. Staff were helpful and replacement was quick and without quibble. The 'Kit' does not contain instructions so is not suitable for inexperienced DIYers

The light looks good but unfortunately it did not come with the halogen bulbs as mentioned in the website. I emailed you about this but got no response

I found letters for light box are difficult to put in on top and bottom lines but middle line they slide in really well. Also I have found the box flickers, even with new batteries, and that can be a bit annoying. I'd say this is 2 1/2 stars as a review.

The delivery was prompt and the process efficient, no problem. However I was horrified that such a small product was packaged in a box measuring 12inch x 9 inch 6 inch. Completely over the top, bad for the environment, and it is of course the customer who pays the cost for the waste. I'll be happy to use Lyco again, but if I receive packages like this again I'll switch to one of the many other suppliers available.

Very disappointed with Fed ex delivery. We missed the delivery on the first day but they never returned the next day - as stated on the card - even though the driver logged that he had been here.
