“Good selection of bulbs but took a while to understand the different types of bulb sizes and reflector and types and then tocompare conventional and new energy saving. Could do with some sort of comparison chart or feature alternatives when your looking at conventional bulbs”

“Good range of light fittings and bulbs. Marketing emails are too frequent for my liking - I don't make lighting purchase decisions very often and I know where you are if I want something in that lighting line.”

“Item sent was not what was ordered due to they say it being discontinued. That said we are keeping the replacement. The aftersales service offered was very good. This was to replace or refund if required without cost or fuss.”

“My 1st purchase from Lyco, a chance find after an internet product search. Based on this 1 experience I would certainly use Lyco again - the correct item was dispatched to the right address in good time, well packaged & all at an attractive price. The reason I gave the item merely a 'GOOD' rating rather than 'EXCELLENT' is that I was only paying for a good rather than an excellent piece of kit.”
