“Great service and products. Don't like the high cost of postage so only order when I can justify a larger order. I would use them more often if P&P costs were reduced or even eliminated as some mail order firms are now doing.”

“I only wanted one fluorescent tube but I had to buy 4. I thought the carriage was a bit high. I ended up paying over £18 for one tube. However I only used Lyco - as compared to other sites - because the item I wanted was hard/impossible to find elsewhere.”

“Very impressed with prices and the speedy delivery. Unfortunately in our delivery of 5 fluorescent tubes, 2 were shattered. However, after reporting this to a very friendly helpful customer services lady, we were sent another delivery FOC. Excellent customer services. This was our first order and we will definitely be coming back to Lyco and will spread the word.”

“swift service, excellent product, rubbish instructions, searched through a babble of small print languages, never did find details of how much power is drawn by unit. had to rely on minute pictograms. An A4 sheet of decent instructions & spec would be a useful addition.”
