“Website fine. Delivery speed and packaging excellent. Disappointed that I had to buy five tubes but can understand the reasoning. Shouldn't need to buy another replacement for some years :-)”

“I accidently placed my order on the website without an item that significantly affected the delivery costs, so I rang up and a very pleasant and helpful young lady Felicity assisted immediately, sorted the problem out and rang me back when she said she would! I am impressed. Well done! It is sad in this age that this level of excellent service is worthy of note when it should be the standard,”
