“Relly good service and reasonable shipping fee. The only small issue was that the item was supposed to arrive next day ( on a Saturday) but it didn't until Monday. When tracking it i could see that it was in the local depot all ready for Saturday morning but it didn't arrive. I guess nothing to do with Lyco but worth them knowing if they are paying for a nextday service and advertising it. All in all well done Lyco.”

Thank you for your comments, the next day shipping is for Monday to Friday, working days only (as stated on the website) so I am sorry you did not receive your parcel until after you expected it but this was correct. I am pleased to hear you were very happy with the quality of the items once received. Jayne Bates

“Excellent service, easy to order and mega fast delivery. My only problem is the prices shown are inclusive of VAT at point, then when the delivery charges were added, it became as expensive as local shop. So, there was no particular benefit to me by shopping online. Have nothing to say about the service, just that I expect a better deal shopping online, thank you”

“Service was very good except they sent the wrong bulbs even though the delivery note was correct. But I have to say that they rectified their error very quickly. I am at present waiting for the wring bulbs to be collected by FedEx, this should be today.”
