I am sorry you are unhappy with the lamp. The lamp you have received is a more expensive energy saver lamp which will save you 1/5 of the energy of a normal 100w lamp but still gives the same 100w output. Jayne Bates

“Good selection and pricing. Minor allen screw missing and rather than return the whole thing they will contact supplier and send it on to me.Nothing major but does hold the lamp in place”

“I have always had great service from Lyco. The prices are excellent, delivery next day as promised. The only criticism would be about the website. It is sometimes difficult to find the product required but one phone call solves that problem.”

I am sorry you are unhappy with the vacuum. It definitely sounds like there is a problem with the item if it is not picking up as these are a very well know brand with a great reputation for reliability and cleaning power. It may be worth checking all the connections are tightly closed and the suction is working, if no better please speak to Customer Services who will contact Numatic on your behalf to try to resolve.
