“Lights ordered on 21october now 30 October nine day wait ! NO LIGHTS ... unable to get help by phone to Lyco - answer phone message left - no reply - email sent - no reply have to wait three days for reply still waiting !!! Hermes have allegedly tried to deliver items three times text ... for delivery arrives after time slot.... unable to connect Hermes by phone or email WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. PLEASE HELP”

“They use Hermes which is an appalling delivery service. I ordered my products a month ago. When I order they said 3 days to deliver and I am still waiting. The service I have had is terrible.”

“Bought a 3 pack 80w spotlights at £30 and not one lasted longer than a day. Took a bulb out of another fitting to make sure it?s not wiring and the old bulb has been in 3 days. I wouldn?t touch this supplier again.”
