“I ordered the wrong size of lamp,ordinary not large, realising the minute I had finished the order. I phoned customer service at Lyco and they couldn't have been nicer. They told me how to send back thewrong ones and they would then send me the correct size, which all happened very smoothly. This was a very small order only £20. I have never had such good service from any other company on the internet, well done customer services Lyco.”

“Lyco offer a number of items in any catagorie ranging from cheap to expensive. If you buy the realy cheap items you obviously get what you pay for. However overall the choice is up to you and you get great service at a reasonable price.”

“Service was good in that it was fast, but I accidentally doubled the order because the confirmation that the order had been received was not obvious until I opened my emails. Far too much packaging as well.”
