“Product and service excellent , very efficient, responsive and helpful. Having ordered twice, each time the delivery was as advised and the product well wrapped for it's protection. I haven't fitted the second item yet but as it was a repeat order, I am expecting it to be as top notch as the previuos one. My thanks to all in such a well run organisation.”

“The website seemed good and easy to understand except that in the case of the product I was buying it had the wrong picture next to the item stock number. The goods came quickly in an oversized box, but that didn't matter except for the necessity for more protective packaging material. I haven't tried out the products yet, but I'm confident that they will work.”

“I think the pricing on a product should be more clear. If a consumer cannot buy any less than 12 starters (for example) then a price for 12 starters should be shown. Also, when giving delivery options, the words 'next working day' should replace 'next day'. I placed an order with you on a Friday and the office wasn't open on a Saturday, so we couldn't receive a next day delivery. I had to phone up to ensure that it is next working day. This could have been avoided.”
