“I ordered some coloured bulbs which were delivered correctly as ordered and promptly. I have not actually tried them yet so can't comment on their performance. I am less happy about being bombarded with sales E-mails, which I would like to stop.”

“I think Lyco is an excellent company with a great range of products. We use energy efficient light bulbs and new products are always being introduced. I can make sure I have the latest energy saving bulbs with speedy delivery. We have had bulbs that didn't really work in the past and Lyco soprted everything out with no fuss.<br>”

“Lyco excellent but method of delivery poor. Product excellent - thank goodness someone can still provide traditional bulbs instead of those ridiculous energy saving alternatives! Mailing company don't deliver on a Saturday and to go and collect the product from the delivery depot means travelling miles and is very inconvenient. THis makes internet shopping pointless. Would prefer the option of delivery from Royal Mail at least they have local depots and deliver on Saturdays. The Amazon delivery model is excellent and may be something worth you looking at. This is the only negative but would make me think twice about ordering again.”

“Delivery was prompt but ordered item (Coronation shaverlight) did not match illustrations on website or box. Contacted Lyco requesting they check to see if it was just this one item or all the stock. One person (Jayne) very helpful but feedback from others was non-existent. Agreed to return goods which were collected next day by courier; refund credited promptly<br>”
