I am sorry you are unhappy with the light you purchased I have checked the item in question and can confirm the manufacturer gives 5 ways for the mounting bracket to hold the light fitting in position. The bracket should be mounted and fixed in the position required then the light fiting offered up and the fixings tightened if adjustment is needed the process should be followed in reverse and then tightened up again in the correct position. “Website informative and easy to use. Delivery good though one of the light bulbs did not work but as it's value is less than £1 it hardly seemed worth the effort to get a replacement!”

“Good quick delivery on original item but unfortunately, I ordered the wrong one and due to its weight it cost me £14 to send back. New one was ordered on Friday, and should have been delivered today (Monday 13th), but was not and I stayed in all day waiting for it !<br>”

“Easy to order on line, quick delivery only downside was that paid on line and then got an invoice on line, this is for info only but it does not say so in email, would be a good idea to mention that to avoid confusion, rang Lyco spoke to staff member who was very helpful”

“on the whole good , they need to be more proactive on their web site eg I ordera festoon but it was not clear that it did'nt come with bulbs yet the picture shows it complete.”
