“To actually deliver the goods. I think they were let down by APC the carriers. I paid for fast delivery but seven days later customer service still couldn't tell me where the goods were. Five stars for refunding my money.”

“Why don't they just use the postal service to deliver small packages. Over a week for Hermes to deliver a 5 meter cable. The 5 meter cable then is delivered in a 18" x 18" box.”
