“Overall pretty good. Website okay but not the most user friendly. Finding particular products could be easier, the advanced search could be improved. The first delivery of low energy bulbs had several damaged. The package was reasonably protected with packing. However, while the the box was intact and basically in box shape, it was quite roughed up, so DHL must have ignored the fragile tape. Lyco customer service were excellent, friendly & arranging immediately for replacements to be sent, that impressed me and increases the chances I'll use Lyco again, with confidence. This time DHL didn't sit on the package, thank-you.”

“good range of products. However the website was very frustrating to use, numbers on products, not coming up in the search (lyco`s own number - ok which i had to phone up for 3 times to find the procduct despite having full description for item- which makes a nonsense of `just using the website`)”
